Offertory in G - "Thanks Be To God" (Piano Solo)

$6.99

Download Contains: PDF of Piano Score

I just think modulating by thirds sounds nice. I'm not alone! So that's what I did here. The piece opens in G with a simple theme with some fifth-and third left hand accompaniment before moving to a "B theme" in the key of the major submediant, E.

After a transition in the dominant of the original key, the first theme returns with embellishment. The ending is a brief and beautiful arpeggio of an E major chord. Thank you, equal temperament.
