Laudate Dominum (Choir and Piano)

$6.99

Download Contains: PDF of the Piano/Vocal Score

My take on a classic psalm, using a mix of Latin and English texts. It centers on a simple melody which is stated after the choir opens things up with some dramatic Ooh's and a jubilant "Laudate Dominum." Afterwards, the basses take the theme in the subdominant before a return to home for the ending.

The intent is for this to be performed on piano, but this could be feasibly accompanied on organ if so desired. Simply try to maintain the rhythmic drive by using punchy stops for the left hand and play more detached.
